You may know me first from the hit movie Facing the Giants, but I’m also a South Georgia girl who loves Jesus, my husband, who is my battle partner, and my incredible family! We are a "widow meets widower" love story and what God has done in our lives is nothing short of miraculous!
Since Facing the Giants, God has opened incredible doors for me as an actress, producer, and speaker. I absolutely love what I get to do, but at the end of the day, I live for an audience of One, Jesus alone.
My heart is especially for women! I want them to know who God created them to be, experience the freedom found in Christ, and live boldly through the power of the Holy Spirit. Too many women have been silenced by fear, shame, past wounds, and the lies that tell them they aren't enough or that their story disqualifies them from being used by God. But, God is calling us higher!
He is calling us to stop shrinking back, stand firmly in who He says we are, and step courageously into the purpose for which we were created.
JUST SHOW UP | Those three words have become a personal battle cry for me and a message I believe every woman needs to hear. Because when a woman knows who she is in Jesus, she doesn't just show up. She shows up with faith, confidence, and courage!
Faith is not the absence of fear!
Faith is the ability to trust God in the face of your fear! Sometimes, that means taking your next step even when you are afraid!
